This ColdStone has the best customer service I have ever experienced at an ice cream store. When the store was unable to provide me with the cake I had ordered due to a broken pipe, the manager not only gave me another delicious cake but also made it right by giving me a free cake at a later time convenient to me!

The location of this store is also pretty great. There is a parking garage under the store and the ColdStone store validates up to 3 hours of free parking!

When you step in the facility your nose is hit with a smell that ignites happiness. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. They are fast as well. I like the location as I just moved into the area. This is a perfect spot to hit when after eating at one of the many restaurants in the area. I will be back.
We came in super late and the workers still were so amazing and helped us out, the inside of the store was very clean as well. Angela helped us out and she was super nice and personable. 10/10 would reccomed this location
